Mine is spiking usually after too much sleep or too little sleep. Also it seems to react to high pitches frequencies (Which changes when I move my head or jaw to some positions).

Loud noise will make my T spike, but more often it spikes for seemingly no reason at all, for about a minute or two, in one ear only, and more often in the early morning or at night.
